1. Incorrect installation of the deep groove ball bearing would form small pits between the rolling body and rolling groove, so it could generate noise and make the deep groove ball bearing worn;

2. When installing the deep groove ball bearing, some components have not been tightened, thus to enlarge the clearance of the deep groove ball bearing, so when it is rotating, the steel ball would rotate on the edge of the rollaway nest because of the centrifugal force, so the deep groove ball bearing would be worn easily;

3. If the deep groove ball bearing is installed in the chest hole of elliptical or tapered, it would distort;

4. When installing the deep groove ball bearing, if there are small metal particles dropping in the joint of the outer ring and chest hole, or the joint of the inner ring and axis, the deep groove ball bearing would distort;

5. While installing the deep groove ball bearing, if the central line of the chest hole and the axis skews, it would generate resistance and heat to the deep groove ball bearing.
