Single sealed bearing (code Z or RS named bearing 60) with iron seal or rubber seal, and KA nylon retainer can also add a seal called KAZ or KA|2RS. Compared with the sliding bearings, the rolling bearings the advantages are:
(1) under the general conditions, the efficiency of the rolling bearings and hydrodynamic lubrication bearings are quite, but a higher number of mixed lubrication bearings;
(2) the radial clearance is relatively small, the centripetal angular contact bearing preload available available pretightening force to eliminate the clearance, high running accuracy;

(7) the high degree of standardization, mass production, low cost.


Compared with the sliding bearings, the rolling bearings shortcomings are:
(1) the ability to withstand impact load is poor;
(2) the life of bearing under high speed and heavy load is low;
(3) vibration and noise;

(4) the radial dimension of the sliding bearing.
